Today is Tessa's first Thanksgiving. Mommy and daddy are certainly thankful to have her here with them. Nurse Chris helped Tessa make her first hand print turkey. It is definitely an item to be treasured. Everyone loved it. Thanks Chris!
Tessa did very well today. She did not seem to have any reflux issues today and had only a few bradycardia. Her weight today was 2lb 6oz. Everything the nurses are adding to her milk must be working. We are looking forward to more weight gain in the days and weeks to come. On this day of thanksgiving, we are thankful to God for our little girl and the blesings he has bestowed upon her.
Revelation 7:12

What an awesome thing to do for Tessa's Mother and Father. Think it is just another example of the caring and skilled medical persons to whom Tessa has been entrusted! May God continue to be with each of them and that they know that are one of our many Thanksgivings!
How very precious Tessa's little handprint turkey is! May God continue to help her to grow.
I am so happy to hear you all had a great Thanksgiving. Anthony, your blog is really a blessing to people. It reminds us that we all need to be closer to GOD and be thankful for what we have and the family and friends in our lives. I am thankful for many things especially my friends, Anthony, Nancy and Baby Tessa. Love Kelly
Happy 1st Thanksgiving Tessa! Your handprint is so cute in the shape of a turkey! Happy Thanksgiving to you too Nancy & Anthony! I think that was so thoughtful of the nurse to do that with Tessa's handprint! They are so thoughtful there at the hospital huh? I know you will treasure that forever.
