Snug as a Bug

At this moment, Tessa seems to be getting the best rest of her life. She is snug as a bug in her little bed. All the activity of the day has her completely worn out. It takes a lot of energy to let the nurses know how much she disapproves of all the pokes and prodding. We know they are looking out for her best interest and appreciate all they do for little Tessa.
Tessa just received her 9:00 meal...a whole cc of milk. If you blink, you will miss it going in but something is better than nothing I guess.
We also got to take a look at Tessa's x-rays today. God's creation of life is truly miraculous. We were able to see a tiny little heart and a tiny little stomach. Each and every little rib and vertebrae were simply perfect. We love her inside and out.

Genesis 2:7
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Anthony,
I love the scripture verse you used today. Have you ever noticed that He SPOKE everything else into existance until he got to Adam and Eve. He was "hands on" with Adam and Eve. He so desires a personal relationship with us that He got His hands dirty and breathed His own breath into Adam!!
God is good, He has a perfect plan for Tessa, and it is to prosper her.
Love ya'll! Give both your girls a kiss for me.

Patty says it all.....God has a perfect plan for Tessa. She is beautiful inside and out. Everything that has happened has been in God's plan for her and he will continue to keep his hands on her and keep her safe. I am sure Daddy loved feeding Tessa - it is a wonderful experience no matter how it is done. Keep up the good work Mommy and Daddy! You are doing great and Tessa is very lucky to have such wonderul loving parents. I will make sure I tell her that when she is old enough to understand what I am saying to her. As always, you three are in my constant thoughts and prayers.

Love you guys!
Melissa
