Shirley Ann Snow Reynolds (Dec 18, 1953 - Nov 24, 2009)
Shirley Reynolds often cared for our daughter Tessa during her stay in the NICU at Womens Hospital. Her devotion, diligence & love for the babies endeared us to Shirley almost immediately. Her presence by Tessa's bedside was always a great comfort to us. There was no one better called to do this special work and memories of Shirley occupy a very special place in our heart. Following Tessa's death, Shirley's heartfelt words of encouragement and warm hugs helped us get through the darkest of days. We feel so blessed to have loved and been loved by this very special person with a unique God given gift of care and concern for God's smallest children.
I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

It was truly an honor to meet you tonight and our family appreciates your presence at this difficult time for us. We knew that Shirley loved being a nurse, that it was her calling in life, and that she touched many families with her work but your confirmation of this is very comforting. Shirley had shared the life of Tessa with us in the past and she felt very connected to your family. Once again, thank you so much for sharing your memories of Shirley with us.

I am very sorry for the loss of such a loving and caring person. It is comforting to know that a lady of her caliber will be in heaven with Tessa. I will say a prayer for the family of Shirley. May she rest in peace. God Bless.
