Her preemie clothes are still a little too big for her but Tessa is truly "pretty in pink". Pictures make her look so much larger than she really is but she is definitely growing more every day. Unfortunately, she still desats frequently so today the nurse practitioner wrote an order for Prilosec. This will decrease the acidity in her stomach. If the oxygen desaturations are related to the stomach reflux and irritation to her throat, the Prilosec should help. There were no other changes to her feedings or supplemental oxygen today. She has had a good day. God has brought her safely this far and will continue his work.

She looks beautiful in every color! We are all praying that soon the doctors will know exactly what is causing the drop in her oxygen levels. God will provide the guidance they need.
