Today is another day of rest for little Tessa. She is still on the oscillator and slightly sedated. They have completely removed her from blood pressure medication and her vital signs are still good. They will be completing an x-ray later today to check the status of her lungs. She received another blood transfusion this morning. The IV in her foot stopped working so they had to put an IV in her head earlier today. We are assured that it looks worse than it is. This is a very safe and reliable place to place an IV. God is listening to all our prayers. She is improving each day.
Mom and Dad got some much needed rest last night. We appreciate your concern and support for our well-being as well. We pray for Tessa's continued improvement.

What a blessing to hear that little Tessa is resting well. May you also rest well tonight, knowing that your little one is in His loving hands.
Praise God that Tessa has had another day of rest and that Mommy and Daddy were able to rest last night. I am glad to hear that Tessa's vital signs are good. Keep the Faith - God always listens to our prayers. Tessa is such a fighter! As always the three of you are in my constant thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Melissa
A prayer for Tessa
A Morning Prayer
Jesus, tender shepherd hear me.
Bless and keep your child today.
Though my arms cannot enfold her,
May your love guard all the way.
Jesus, tender shepherd hear me.
For my tiny child today.
You have power to deliver.
You will lead us all the way.
Jesus tender shepherd hear me.
I do trust my child to thee.
I do not understand the trial,
But your love does comfort me
